Great location near vibrant amenities and services.
Unfortunately, the noise levels were unbearable, especially at night. The lack of soundproofing in the corridors made it difficult to sleep, and I had a terrible experience with loud neighbors that persisted even after complaints. Additionally, the breakfast options were disappointing—a small selection of cold, unhealthy food that didn’t live up to my expectations.

a vibrant stay with a twist
The lively lobby ambiance and convenient coworking spaces made my work remote days enjoyable. Plus, the quick access to cafes and eateries was a highlight.
While it was frustrating to deal with room cleanliness that required requests, a lack of air conditioning left my room quite warm at times.

a beautiful hotel, but the check-in took forever, and then my room was dirty. I almost gave a good review, but expectd at least a complimentary gesture for all the waiting. Breakfast was tiny and messy, and the internet was way too slow. Disappointing, truly. It woudl ve been nice to feel special for once.

Comfortable Stay with Stunning Views!
Enjoyed a brief stay in a deluxe room with excellent views from the 11th floor. The location was perfect for exploring Medellin, with easy access to nearby coworking spaces like Semilla. Be prepared for potential check-in delays, but the friendliness of the staff made up for it. Don't miss out on the vibes in the lobby area!

My stay involved an extended period of 8 or 9 nights in a deluxe suite on the tenth floor, which featured a great view and a well-designed layout. The kitchenette was fully equipped for cooking, and the free breakfast each morning was a nice perk. The staff were engaging, and the atmosphere, especially in the communal areas, was vibrant and conducive for both work and relaxation.
The street noise was noticeable at times.

the bathroom was a lit bit cramped. but the location was great , close to local supermarkets and restaurants. breakfast was okay, enough to fill you up. the lockers for storing stuff were handy , even if some were broken.

missingWrote a review on Apr 08friendly staffcozy lobbyrepetitive breakfastlanguage barrierlimited variety
The rooms were tidy, but the breakfast selection consistently felt repetitive after a few days. The lobby stood out as a highlight, with ample coworking space that fostered a vibrant atmosphere. The homemade jams during breakfast were a nice touch, adding a personal flavor to the meal. Though most staff were friendly, language barriers occasionally made communication challenging, even with translation apps.
